In 1995, Ron Johnson, our founder, faced significant challenges while trying to connect to his new dial-up internet service. Drawing upon his extensive experience with modems and personal computers, he realized that the local ISP support was severely lacking. Acknowledging that inadequate support was a widespread issue, he took matters into his own hands by establishing his own tech support center. Just 30 days later, he successfully launched his first call center, starting with a small team of two employees. Fast forward to today, and his national support center has flourished, now boasting over 100 dedicated employees. They provide round-the-clock support for broadband services and hotel Wi-Fi, ensuring customers receive the reliable assistance they need at any hour.
