Our journey began when our founder faced challenges with his dial-up internet connection and found limited support from his ISP. Recognizing a gap in the market, he envisioned a service to assist others experiencing similar issues. This led to the signing of contracts with 45 ISPs across the United States, employing over 100 agents who worked tirelessly around the clock to provide assistance.
As we expanded our operations, we began supporting guest Wi-Fi and identified recurring issues among callers, allowing us to offer consistent solutions. By early 2023, we had developed a skilled team of AI agents to enhance our call center operations. Now, we invite you to leverage our expertise and integrate our AI agents into your call center for improved efficiency and service quality.
